A plasma lift consist of using an instrument which produces an electrostatic impulse (plasma blasts). The instrument does not touch the skin. The impulse (electrical arch) hits the skin and creates tiny dots on the skin that causes the skin to contract, and tighten. This procedure also produces collagen, which leads to skin rejuvenation, and elastin, which also tightens the skin.
